Excellent care with a stray/feral kitty that adopted us about 3 years ago and had been experiencing pain when she ate. They were super patient and understanding when I first called in and were so caring of this little cat. She had a full dental exam with blood work and x-rays and ended up needing a few extractions. While these procedures can be expensive, I felt the price was reasonable for the work done and the care our cat received. Crown Urgent was wonderful. Our pup needed an immediate surgery for an obstruction and they took us right away. Everyone from the front desk, to the technician, to the doctor were patient, kind, and understanding. Dr. Wheeler was extremely patient in answering my questions and my moments of panic. I would highly recommend for their overall care and attentiveness to your animals. On a financial note, I want to thank and commend them for their pricing. At a time when we had already spent thousands of dollars with other vets and ER, the quote and final price we paid for the surgery was extremely fair. Receptionist, Miss Helen, greeted us with the best customer service. Vet tech Miss. Ashlee was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and friendly. DVM John Wheeler was hands down the best vet I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was super kind and gentle with my cat. His examination was thorough and educational. His plan of care for my old man, Oliver was to the point. With only his best interests at heart. He recommended only the treatments and medications my boy needed with out pushing for unnecessary extras. Very professional, yet personable.
